ATIVAÇÃO NA REDE CYCLING DO ALENTEJO E RIBATEJO – ALMODÔVAR
Developed for Turismo do Alentejo with the goal of promoting and activating the Alentejo and Ribatejo Cycling Network, this was a highly challenging project. In a market of enormous competition, the initiative aimed to answer the challenge of how can we be able to inspire practitioners and non-practitioners that Alentejo and Ribatejo are territories of excellence and with great infrastructures to practice cycling modalities.

The strategy was to identify the network’s profile (in which modalities it is best suited), bring together tour operators, the Portuguese Cycling Federation, the regional tourism entity, accommodations, municipalities, amateur and professional riders and involve them in activation activities that were simultaneously moments of presentation and content capture for the production phase that followed.
The result was a highly mobilizing and impactful campaign for the Cycling universe and that is contributing to a greater investment by the Municipalities and the Portuguese Cycling Federation in the territory, as witnessed by David Rosa, who participated in the activities and is a National Olympic athlete.
There was a correct identification of the possibilities of the territory for the promotion of the type of cycling that is suitable. I salute allall those involved who had the vision to promote cycling and all thatrepresents, providing Almodôvar with a structure of support for practitioners.
